Secure document sharing with external partners: Partner Secure Share

Partner Secure Share lets you share documents from Webware Hub with partners outside your organisation - to review or sign a contract.

Your Hub stays in your internal network. The document goes out through a separate server and comes back when the job is done.

PROBLEM

Your systems are secured and closed but your partners still needs to see or sign the documsnts

For security reasons, many organisations keep their main document system in the internal network.

But external partners still needs to review or sign a contract.

SOLUTION

Share documents outside your network, without opening it

Partner Secure Share sends a document/record from Webware Hub to a separate public server, where your partner can open or sign it.

Only the information needed for sharing leaves your network. Your Hub never becomes reachable from outside.

When the job is done, or the share expires, the document comes back and is removed from the public server.

How does Partner Secure Share work?

You start the share in Hub

You choose the document, who can see it, what they can see, and how long the share is valid.

A temporary link is created

Only the information needed for sharing goes to the public server, which creates a share link

Your partner reviews or signs

Your Hub checks regularly whether the conditions are met, for example whether all signatures are in.

The document comes back

When the conditions are met or the share expires, the document returns to your internal network and is removed from the public server.

Why use Partner Secure Share?

Work with external partners as easily as with colleagues, while your internal network stays closed.

Your internal network stays always safe

Connect your platforms so data can move between them smoothly and every system shows the same, up-to-date information.

Automated data exchange

Start workflows automatically and exchange data on a regular basis, including with third-party software.

Security stays priority

All data travels over HTTPS, and only approved IP addresses can connect. OAuth authentication is available (on request).

Visibility and control

IT team can set up integrations themselves with the help of Webware and see every action and error in detailed logs.

Hub as your one central archive

Documents from every connected system are registered and archived automatically in Webware Hub.

You manage them all in one place, under the same retention rules.

Controlled document release

Hub checks your business rules before sharing, so each system receives only the documents it's allowed to access.
