This is the most common setup. Your main business system keeps running the process, whether that’s manufacturing, orders, projects, quality, inventory or customer service. Webware Hub takes care of the documents: registering, processing and archiving them.
Example: when a production order closes, your system sends the production protocol, quality report and delivery note to Hub. Hub registers them, adds metadata and starts the next workflows.
Connect links your finance and HR systems to Hub.
Purchase and sales invoices, employment contracts, leave requests, HR decisions and other documents are then created, updated and archived automatically. Nobody has to retype them, so there are fewer errors and less work.
Your HR, registry or case-management systems can ask Hub for new or changed documents, their metadata or the file itself.
Hub checks your business rules first. It sends only the documents that system is allowed to see.
